For over 15 years, Attorney Thomas A Virgulto has been a partner and leading litigation attorney at Hill & Hill, LLC. A graduate of Yale University in 1989 with a BA in History and J.D. from Western New England College School of Law in 1992, Attorney Thomas A Virgulto is licensed to practice before all State and Federal Courts in Connecticut and Massachusetts. At Hill & Hill, LLC, Attorney Thomas A Virgulto practices general law, including litigation, civil & criminal, personal injury, workers' compensation, probate, real estate, and has received advanced training in mediation.
A 20-year resident of Madison, Connecticut and a father of three, Attorney Thomas A Virgulto has demonstrated a strong commitment to the Madison community by not only by providing excellent legal counsel to his clients but also by serving as President of Madison A Better Chance “ABC.” He has also served on the Board of the Madison Little League and has coached youth baseball, softball and basketball over ten years. Attorney Kelly Ann Giuliano has more than 15 years of experience representing clients in Connecticut. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and History from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, and her J. D., cum laude from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. While a student at Quinnipiac, Attorney Kelly Ann Giuliano acted as business managing editor of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal. As a partner in Hill & Hill, LLC, Attorney Kelly Ann Giuliano concentrates her practice in the fields of commercial and residential real estate law, title search and correction, landlord and tenant law, probate, estate planning and administration, business organization and contract law.
